Experience
I've often unofficially (as in, no paid tutoring contract) helped tutor my peers who were struggling with a class while I was taking it, including hosting study sessions prior to tests and quizzes. I've been told I have a gift for not only understanding concepts in classes, but being able to proceed to explain them to others, as well as quickly identify what part of a subject a student is struggling with, allowing for a more effective focus. I've taken Biology I/II, General Chemistry I/II, Physics I/II, and Organic Chemistry I/II. Other classes include Genetics, Cell & Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics (the bare basics), and Inorganic Chemistry. In terms of writing, I've worked as a technical writer for a firm that publishes a weekly digest for the petroleum & petrochemical industries, along with other lesser projects in game development (mainly writing backstory and content).
